What it is 

A non-judgmental space for women to gather to ask questions, seek information and share (if they wish) their experiences/challenges as well as celebrate some of the more liberating aspects of this transformation

  • A place to learn long-term, sustainable practices that can be implemented both on and off the mat (in everyday life), to try to alleviate some of the symptoms of perimenopause and to find out how to support the areas that are most at risk post-menopause; primarily brain, heart and bones

❋ Intentional Structure

6 x 90 minute workshops, each themed around different aspect of menopause (symptoms & health concerns), including handouts for easily implementable home practices.

❋ Collaborative Energy

Connection is a core part of the process. You’ll learn just as much from the group of women gathered and the shared experience, as from the content itself.

❋ Expert Facilitation

Led by Min who is a Certified Yoga for Menopause & Beyond teacher, accredited by Yoga Alliance International

❋ A Supportive Space

This course focuses on evidence based information, comfort, safety, and respect—so you can show up as you are and fully engage in the process.

Reconnect with your body and mind as you escape the noise of everyday life.
